What we keep, and how we keep it.

Short version: your information is used to care for your property and for nothing else. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or sent anywhere it doesn't need to go.

Questions about this page: hello@gorgekeep.com.

What we collect

What you give us on the contact form (name, phone, email, property location and type, your message), what we gather at the walkthrough to build your property profile (systems, settings, access details, vendors, emergency contacts), and what each visit produces (readings, notes and time-stamped photos).

How it's stored

Access codes and alarm codes live in an encrypted password vault and are never texted or emailed. Profiles, reports and photos are stored in our business systems with two-factor authentication. Physical keys, when we must hold one, are tagged by number rather than address and kept in a bolted safe.

Who sees it

Only the Gorge Keep inspector assigned to your property, who has access to the properties on their route and nothing else. We share specific details with a vendor only when needed to do work you've approved, such as a gate code for a propane delivery. We never sell or share your information for marketing.

How long we keep it

Visit reports are kept as your property's record, which is useful for insurance and resale. Access codes are deleted the day a client relationship ends. Photos are purged on a schedule stated in your service agreement.

Your choices

Ask at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your property. Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to us by email.
